PROPOSED: That we move our primary git to github, retiring
git.linuxcnc.org and the "Signed-off-by" process.

For more background about what and why, please see the RFC thread:
https://sourceforge.net/p/emc/mailman/message/35845586/

For more details about our (infrequent!) IRC meetings, please see
http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?MeetingsOnIRC
http://wiki.linuxcnc.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?Meeting201706

Proposed Timeline:

2017-06-24: Discuss and vote the issue in an IRC meeting
2017-07-24: Actual switch-over date announced by this date;
switch-over to take place no earlier than 1 week from
announcement
2017-TBD: Switch over to github for primary git

I will be unable to attend, but I am prepared to accept the decision of

Very good. I signed up for a case and I certainly have no right to weigh my
opinion ... I can only admire the fairness with which you do this kind of
thing. Very good.
